Summary

The software development team consists of 3 .Net Developers and 1 Senior SQL BI Analyst. We need a seasoned Senior .Net Developer with cutting edge skills to join us in order to meet a growing demand for online services delivered to our Members. This position will be responsible for leading one of our many development efforts. Some of the current projects include:

A new CRM system built from the ground up. Our CRM will be unique in the industry with a strong emphasis on working relationally while other CRMs focus on transactional business. This project will be developed in VB.NET using Microsoft Azure cloud services and Azure SQL. Our business needs require this project to be rolled out in March 2012 with 2nd and 3rd phases in late 2012 and mid 2013. We need a developer who has experience building SaaS applications and who can contribute to the architectural plans and help build a solid foundation for our new CRM. Experience developing mobile friendly UI’s and applications is also a plus as the 2nd and 3rd phases of this project will include a mobile component. Past experience with search engine optimization (SEO) is also desirable. Proprietary custom build.
A website training portal. We are launching a new training program which was just filmed and is in production. We need to build online resource portals for the program which will deliver weekly training content and allow the agent and their facilitator to track their progress in the program.
E-commerce integration of new products and services. We need to continue to develop our e-commerce solution so that we can take orders for our new training program, registrations for promotional webcasts and events, and programmatically create appropriate records in our internal CRM and accounting systems.
